The book contains brown, red and yellow/gold ribbons to keep your place. The front has a brass version of the 8th edition logo attached, and a brass clasp holds the book closed when not in use. It has a thick leather hardback binding, with embossed front and back covers. It contains the full text of the 8th edition rulebook in colour printed on parchment. GW printed 3500 copies of this book, and it really is a piece of art. Now I'm moving to a smaller place andįeel it should go to someone who might appreciate it more. The only problem is that I've never actually played fantasy (40K has always been enough to satisfy both my craving for wargames, and my budget), so it's pretty much just sat on the shelf looking pretty but probably being under-appreciated. When I first saw it available for pre-order, I fell in love with it and just had to have a copy.
